"On the last day of the Festival, the great day,
Jesus stood up and cried aloud,
Whoever is thirsty, let him come to me and drink."
(John 7:37)

The Festival of Tabernacles begins on the 15th day of the 7th month of the Biblical calendar, and is to be celebrated for seven days, plus a holy convocation on the Eighth Day (Lev.23:34-36).

The festival will begin on Wednesday evening, 26th September, in accordance with the Hebrew Calendar.

There is one exception. The North West Church of God will begin the festival on Thursday evening, 27th September, this being the 15th day from the time of the first appearance of the new moon of the 7th month.
